if you want to make daemons cry (is a daemon player) then go spam tanks because only our mosnteous creatures and some hq or special infantry can break tanks but if you know your fighting daemons and your daemonplayer knows he is fighting sm then YOU NEED ALOT OF HEAVY BOLTERS because daemons die to shooting never melee a daemon because he will have nothing but power weapons and your terminators will drop like flies so will everything else all you need is meltagun and heavy bolter for everything the more bullets the better for you

I would make your assault terminators normal terminators with as much shooty as possible, since most demons are a bad idea to charge. The amount of anti-infantry looks good and like ti could take down the demon armies I verse.

Taking Jbsnv's and baneguards comments into consideration (I haven't fought a lot of deamons) I would recommend looking into either sternguard or dreadnoughts with assault cannons or twin-linked autocannons.

That is a fallacy. Bloodletters will destory tanks on the charge. Almost every vehicle in the game is AV10 on the rear. Only AV14 gives a properly run Daemon list pause, and even than there are counters.
Bringing a lot of mech can help, but don't think for 1 instant you are safe in your tank. I can't tell you how many leafblowers and razor spam lists I have run over playing Fatecrusher.

to fight daemons have things that will disrup his dp if you just want to be a dick also you will probably just need to get walkers because lesser daemons cannot break anything above armor 12 unless a special character or mosnterous creature how ever you infantry will probably die in the thousands and your power armor will not save you
if he is a khorne shoot him never let him charge you they will eat you alive with 0 power armor saves and they are the ones that can break tanks
if he is nurgle you should assult them because they cant hurt you that bad unless your unlucky but watch out if 20 of your models die on a 2+ in wounding you die but only monster creatures and their drones can kill tanks
is he is slenesh then he will be unbeliveably fast and you will not be able to get the charge on them and they have many many many many many attacks if there is 20 of them they should have 100 attacks on the charge and rends all of their things can glance a tank and you will loose your saves eventualy but they die even faster then khorne to shooting
tzeetch is the shooty one with the high saves and everyone shoots like a heavy bolter but with assult so you will be spamed shot at and you will have to break their involne saves however they are horrable at melee (better then tau) but they shoot more shots then tau all mostly at ST 4 ap 4 but they can only glance a tank with their ST 8 ap 1 shot

Shooty + mobility. The two elements you need to specialise in in order to win against Daemons.
Shooty:
As most people have said, get as many heavy bolters, and assault cannons possible. When Daemons Deep Strike in, you have one turn to wipe the table clean before they can deal some damage. The occassional flamer to thin hords that get too close is a good idea.
Mobility:
Deamons Dees Strike in your face, regardless. If all of your units can move 12" away and still bring all of their fire power to bear, they will not touch you as they are mostly infantry and cant move all that fast.
In terms of your list, Null Zone is awesome. Keep it.
Drop the terminators, not likely to survive combat with a 5+ invuln against squads with power weapons.
Advise Land Speeders with Heavy Bolters and Assault Cannons.
Give your tactical squads rhinos. You want to be able to move faster, out of the way of deamon nasties. Drop Pods give you nothing once you have landed.
Preds are solid choices.

Someone pointed out a clever trick to for keeping those scary Bloodletters at bay - ties them up with a Dreadnought. It makes sense, being as walkers take all hits on the front facing and usually have better than ten. So, I talked to my tournament runner and he told me FW rules are legal, so I threw in a Contemptor Dread with a twin-linked heavy flamer and heavy flamer. plan is to drop him in in a Lucius Pod, assault him out, flame the Bloodletters and then trap them in a combat that, with only strength 4, they're stuck in. I don't want those power-weapon wielding maniacs anywhere near my marines, so how's this?

Meltaguns aren't exactly high on the priority list when versing hordes of bloodletters and no monstrous creatures.

blood letters cost 1 less point then space marine (16) they are not a horde army they are an elite type army like space marine and thats why its so hard to play them

It doesn't matter what weapon your shooting at bloodletters they will always get their 5++ invlun. Just go with weapons that have higher number of shots compared to that of low AP. in this case, Heavy Bolter > Meltagun.

Where does the Librarian go? I see two 10 man squads in Rhinos, unless you plan to combat squad to shoot Lascannons (I recommend against this).
Here is the list I would not want to see with my Daemons.
Librarian - Null Zone (Gate works, any other power)
10x Space Marines - Flamer, Missile Launcher Razorback w/ LasPlas
10x Space Marines - Flamer, Missile Launcher, Razorback w/ LasPlas
2x Dakka Predators
Fill in the rest as appropriate - Daemons die to a large number of anti-infantry shots. Against them Quantity has a Quality of its own. Use your vehicles to block off assaults and stay in relatively open ground to deny them cover. When needed, dart up and dump out your Flamer units to focus fire down the remnants of the opponents force.
Remember if he is close enough to assault next turn, he should be in range of Null Zone.

I agree with calypso's list, I've had good results with a similar army. Other units to consider for rounding out your points:
Landspeeder(s) with 2x HB - High mobility, range, strength, and volume
Dread or Ironclad Dread- Great tarpit
Sniper Scouts- You'll be able to infiltrate them anywhere, preferably a tall central structure with good LoS. They'll aim for MCs.
