I know that terminator wolf guard are much better than their power armour brothers, but in smaller games (1,500pts or less) should you have five terminators or 10 power armour wolf guard?
Also if i was using the power armoured wolf guard if would put them in rhino/razorback but with terms i take a land raider

Well you'd have to split the one with the CML off to lead your long fangs or something if you wanted to put the rest in a squad.... or are you saying to use them ALL as squad leaders ? Automatically Appended Next Post: Because i think the OP wanted them as a squad

Good idea when leading a squad but implied for this unit to be the tip of the spear of my assault.

Yeh obviously, but he was talking about putting them in a Rhino or Razorback... in which case they can't fit a terminator model

You can use wolfguard mixed. One of the boons of wolfguard is similar to CSM- you don't have to pay for the fist with TDA, so you can get 33p PW/SB terms. The downside of course is TH/SS or dual claw terms are much more expensive. You can equip a WG unit to be a better tac terminator squad essentially. By saving points per model by not buying the fist, you can use those points to get combiweapons, maybe a couple of claws or a chainfist or two and end up with a comparably priced but much more flexible squad. Which also comes with counter attack, giving it a stronger 0-12" game. PA models can be taken for ablative wounds, give them a SB or combi for a cheap boost to firepower. The idea is also to not go nuts on wargear, take as little as you can to keep the points down, but keep it effective. I.e TDA/combi(plas/melta work best)/claw TDA/Combi/PW TDA/C.fist/SB TDA/Cyclone/SB/PW PA/SB PA/Combi The above are examples of loadouts that I've found effective (the above is not a unit btw, just loadout for models). claws are good for the price, and your not getting +1 attack for 2 CCW's since you have no pistol in TDA. 2-3 combiplasma and 2 combimeltas i find is a nice blend that gives you that extra firepower against hard units and vehicles. SB's are great for keeping PA WG moving and shooting for only +3p. A chainfist or two really adds punch to the squad, but I've found myself only fielding one more often than not, but that's due to a lack of dreadnought problems- I don't get into melee with alot of walkers, but my locals don't field things like MOTF 6 dreadnought lists, or aggressive dread pod units, so it's up to you. But not too much wargear, a powerweapon with TDA is good enough against most things. Depending on your point level, there are different ways of getting your WG mixed unit into battle. A landraider crusader can work well, unloading a load of dice itself into a unit before the squad unloads as well and then charges can give it surprising oomph. Whilst the squad can have a a bunch of power weapons and the good ol' fist, they lack good saves and can get crushed in melee by hardcore assault units. Popping out of the landraider, blasting your target with it and then using plasma or melta combiweapons can often give you enough firepower to soften hard units up for the kill, and also bring firepower to hordes- target the LR at one unit, the terms at another, and wait till you can counter assault. Drop pods can be taken to seize the midground early, they aren't a deathstar so podding into the enemies grill doesn't work too well. A whole army focused on them will drop them quick, and there's no point in losing your tooled up tactical elites on the first turn. Midground seizure with early rhino/razorback support can work against certain armies, or leaving them in reserve for a backup unit where you need it is also a very very nice option. A fresh unit like WG can turn a the battle where you need it, and the drop pod is something vanilla marines cant take for that accurate deepstrike. Lastly, you can put a WGBL with saga of the hunter to give the squad stealth, a 3++ cover save. add a storm bolter to him, fenrisian wolves for ablative wounds and don't forget SB's on the PA wolf guard and you have a nice squad that sits in cover throwing out rounds with a 3++, and charging in (hope you have assault grenades) gets you counter attacked by a bunch of terms with claws/PW's/c.fist or two, some PA WG and fenrisian wolvesfor S4 attacks and a WGBL too.

WGBL with Saga of the Hunter DOESNT give his squad Stealth
Independant Character's Special rules do not confer onto the squad unless the rule specifically states that it does.
BRB p48
Stealth - p76 does not do this
Stubborn (directly below it) does specifically say

Before you call someone on something like a USR, maybe you should check the GW website and the FAQ and the errata? Page 7, second question down on the right hand side champ
