Tactics
Deployment, My 12" will be 1st are the parasite of mortrex attached to the gargoyle squad, next are the swarmlord and tyrant gaurds left right side are the hive gaurds at the back lane will be the devil gaunts, Tervigon is the far left or right side of the table with the 3rd squad of HG to penetrate the side armor of predator or such and for objectives camping if ever. Trygon will deepstrike and genestealers will infiltrate 18" infront of the gargoyles.
Possibilities would happen, if i get 1st turn everything move and run, the far tervigon with HG will go for onslaught move (6"move+runD6"+24"range=max 36" min 31") to take down possible threat tanks like laspreds vindicator etc, go for the side armor to increase the chance to penetrate.
Opponents TURN
I get shot into pieces... gg
do you think this will survive?

Would the Stealers not be better off outflanking? If you opponent goes first they will most likely be shot to pieces.

Then ill hope the genestealers from cover to cover, pray theres enough terrain. for me outflaking is just the same and so predictable.

It may be just me, but I really like Devilgaunts in a mycetic spore.
I like the Parasite, be he's not enough against most lists....though I intend to mess around with him in the near future.

My problem with dev gaunt in spore is after the next turn ill fail my instinctive behavior then they die. So i thought id put them behind the swarmlord to support him at mid range in shooting mincing up the target. They will also provide cover saves incase vendate deep strikes at the back or stern gaurda from a drop pod.

Giving the Tervigon catalyst is a better investment of points than onslaught, in my humble opinion.
Also, I'd agree, that genestealers are better off outflanking, as they'll get the benefits offered from reserves by the Swarmlord. If they spend even a single turn out in the open during your opponents shooting phase, they'll be annihilated
However, if you're planning on getting them the 12" distance from infiltration, to get them into combat in the first turn, I'd suggest having 3 squads of 10, rather than 2 of 15, as 15 genestealers are gonna have a hard time finding something big enough to deny the opponent line of sight.
As for the Trygon, I'm not a fan of deep striking them, as they can't assault from the deep strike, so even in the best case scenario it will arrive on tun 2, leave itself out in the open with no cover for a round of enemy shooting, and if it survives, get to assault in turn 3.
Seeing as it has fleet, just charging it up the center will usually get it into assault range by turn 2.
If you have him on the board from the start, marching ahead of the Swarmlord, and giving him feel no pain from the Tervigon, he should be able to soak up some fire, and ensure that the Swamlord survives long enough to get into combat too.
Minor suggestions though, as I personally think the list is great. I'd just experiment with the execution a little bit.

Agreed. If you're not running outflanking stealers then there seems to be little reason for the swarmlord over a tyrant - with the parasite and gargoyles you can run a flyrant and save points for say more zoanthropes. At 2k you really need to make full use of the elite slots in the Nid codex.

Also sounds, but again I think there's a LOT invested in HQ. That parasite is almost another trygon.....only 40 points shy in fact.
