This list needs more work. My general view is it is still not focused and sharpened enough.
Using Oby to ferry the spyders and then using vargard duty to get out is an interesting idea. Getting Zahndrek to join the sword-and-board lychguard is good too because he is sturdy and has an orb for them. 2 annibarges give decent fire support. Two squads of wraiths are always a good investment.
However, the rest of the list seems rather iffy:
If you plan to ferry the spyders first turn, then you are not playing the scarab farm, so why take scarabs? They are quite ineffective in small numbers because they die too fast to virtually everything and cannot last long enough to tarpit anything. If you will not mass them, drop them and get more wraiths.
What is the mission of the warriors? Ablative wounds for lanceteks? But you have only two lanceteks and not that many ablative wounds. If you show yourself to shoot with the lance, you will get shot back. If you want to move and shoot, get massed immortals with tesla. if you just want them to score objectives, keep the warriors minimal and out of sight. If you want AT, you need more lanceteks and two courts so that they join troops squads in pairs.
So, a lot of your army is standing at a crossroads towards different builds of better synergy and effectiveness. To improve the list, you have to make up your mind and take one of those roads all the way.
