I got a PACK mini when they did a holiday sale. Like you, my first idea was to use it for Blood Bowl.

I may end up using my older Sabol case for Blood Bowl as I've got an old Skaven team and a newer Dwarf team that has a pretty full 'roster' including a custom Deathroller. I can carry the base team in the Mini, and even the Death Roller as the 'rider' mini is magnetized to the body, but I can't carry all the linemen minis at once. Still, enough for a basic game, I'd guess.

Anyway, I do like the case overall. I use the tool tray to keep my tools at-hand at my workbench. No real need to make them portable the way I work (At home, in my basement...) but it's an option, I guess. I haven't touched the pluck tray yet, but may see if it fits my Dwarves better and, if so, look at if one will fit my Skaven as well.

If you click this link and zoom in on the models, you will see how I used the removed pick and plucks to support the models in the standard tray.
The pick and pluck foam bits perfectly fit into the standard tray slots creating the perfect shape for little bloodbowl minis to rest on.

I'll have to try that. My dwarves are Warlord's female dwarves, so most are pretty small, even on the GW round bases I've got them on. And Skaven are smalla s well, but thena gain there's a bunch of the mutants and such.

It's also a great case for roleplayers that use miniatures.I've often had to wrap a mini in foam or similar and hope it survives transport.to the hosue we game in... This is a great option for that.

I tried ripping up a pluck tray and discovered that the 'standard' tray is actually quite efficient for standard-ish 25-28mm models. I got less by using the pluck tray. I really should have planned that out in advance, but oh well, the pluck trays for the mini are cheap.
