I have just noticed another thread about primarch stats in the relevant forum, and I hope I am not the only one in saying that a Primarch rules sticky might be.in.order, so that we don't end up with 50000000000+ threads about primarchs. Having a single thread at the top of the proposed forum means the inevitable propsed rules that everyone.does, can end up there, without thread necromancy or, anyother roblems caused by umpteen billion threads. Having them all in one thread saves time searching. Personally I think it would be a good idea.

Maybe we could get a Neon sign. Anyone who ignored the sticky or didn't see it could simply be redirected to the sticky and the thread locked if need be.

That's mean a lot of threads would be locked...
Most people agree that making the sticky threads stick out would make them really annoying and not necessarily 100% effective...

Yeah thay are tedious but, hey every scrub wants to be a Primmy.
A sticky usually gets ignored, no1 read em :(

I find a sticky usually suggests quality, or worthwhile content, whilst I've found most Primarch rules to usually be the opposite to be honest.
I think it's best hey appear and fade as usual.
As much as I'd love the job, there appears to be very little moderation needed within the Proposed Rules forum.

Everybody has different ideas on just how the Primarchs should be represented. I think putting up a sticky would either get very messy with a bunch of different rules all jumbled together, or would give people the impression that the Primarchs are expected to be done just the one way.
