Overall, I'm not that fond of the Battleaxe of the Last Waaagh! Anything above S6 is, barring certain monsters, typically unnecessary. Furthermore, your Strength caps at 100 anyways, so in the first round 5-6 only gives you bonus attacks at the cost of
WS (and 5-6 also means your character is only
WS4).
If you want a large number of attacks, I'd just take a Savage Orc Warboss with the +3 Attacks weapon instead: You're stuck at S5(6) now, but you're also always WS6 (instead of WS4-6) and effectively A8 until you lose a round of combat. You lose S6-10 (S7-10) and a 4+ Armor Save, gain static A8 (versus A5-10), 6+ Ward, and 50pts (which, heck, can be used to upgrade to a static 4+ Ward and still have 5pts left).

If making any character a B.Orc, I'd typically make it the
BSB. You can afford to spend the extra points on them, and enjoy the slight durability increase WS6 provides.

Combine some of these units, 20-big units in
WHFB tend to drop rather quickly to magic, shooting, and / or combat. 30-40 Orc Boyz make a much more solid anvil, and two units of 30 Black Orcs much more effective hammers.

Any chance of squeezing some Fanatics on the Goblins?
