Names cody, nice to meet ya. I've been a 40k fan for about 5 or 6 years give or take.. maybe more. Ever since i read the book "Storm of Iron" i've been hooked and just cant get enough, i have maybe 50 or so wh40k books and a few horus heresy books. By far the space marines are my favorite though i have to hand it to the other races as well, i loved the book "Path of the Warrior."
I also have the Iron warriors motto "iron within" and their chapter symbol, "pre heresy" tattooed on my arm because they are the chapter that got me into warhammer 40,000, and i have a tattoo of an imperial aquilla on my right forearm to show my allegiance of course!
I started collecting mini's about 2 years ago or so and just recently have gotten enough to play a game so i'm looking forward to that, always looking for advice and such. I especially love painting and modelling because it's just plain relaxing. I'm pretty easy to talk to and love to nerd it up about 40k. My army is Grey Knights, my own color scheme. my mate is thinking of Re-starting a Grey Knights army. he sold his old one.

I've only managed to play one game, but i played a Chaos Demons army... Lol.... And my DreadKnight killed off half his army before he managed to take him down. Unfortunately for my opponent it was the only part of my army that died.

*that's including a squad of those juggernaut things and his demon prince. *

Nope never fought the necrons, did they just come out with new models or a new codex or pdf or what?
