I was thinking of how to make joints for a titan, and I thought about bionicle parts (robot type lego), as they seemed ideal for the job.
That then got me thinking, lots of people use Lego for their armies. I know Bobpanda used small bits of Lego on one of his titans, but some people make entire armies from the stuff! Just look at this! I think that it is a really nice and cool way to make armies, because it adds lots more variation to people's collections, so that it isn't all grey plastic!

Imperial guard: Because quantity has a quality of it's own.
Sisters of Battle can be used in any game, with the exception of chess, Monopoly and of course, Warhammer 40,000.
After 8 editions, you might have thought that GW could get fantasy right.
There is a wargame that solely uses Lego to build miniatures.
I cannot remember what it is, but it is a great game as there is no limit to what you can do.
The rules are totally universal, ranging from one on one combat, gang warfare, skirmish battles, army vs army, full on war, epic war, space combat and galactic frontier.

My brother has a lego triarch stalker crewed by a skellie with a Pharaoh hat, a lego ghost ark with skellie crew, a few lego crons...its great fun, and when I kill the ghost ark/stalker it is always a good time!
I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...
Ha! BrikWars is finally a good reason for me to keep Lego ('a good reason' meaning a good reason to non-geeks ).
And, to the OP, those Lego models are epicness incarnate. I'm sure I've seen a video of Lego RC Land Raider somewhere...
I have never known people to make Lego Space Marines... i'm an thoroughly impressed, and would wonder how people would react at a GT if someone pluncked that sucker down. I personally would happily play against it as its clearly WYSIWYG.. and frankly its technically well painted

My mistake, it was made from plywood, but after mentioning it I may as well show it (although I think it's been posted several times in the past, I just don't know where):
Workable for the boxier armies, I suppose, but it seems to me that you'd be paying at least as much for a LEGO Space Marine squad as you would for an actual one due to the sheer number of specialized parts you'd need to either buy whole boxes to get a few parts for or custom-order.
My friend and I am going to do a small apoc game (not points wise, only 2500ish per side) amd I'm planning on making 2 titans from lego, and plasticard, one chaos one imperium
