Sorry if this is a repost, but this is pretty cool, some life-sized Dark Angels from Maker's Faire.
I like how even though the Space Marine is featured prominently, and there's half a dozen just-as-timely video game reference on display, Halo is the only one to get a nod from the commentator.

I agree. For such an awesome suit they could have easily made a black piece that hid his neck. I also think they could have done real wax stamps and better looking coffee stained paper for the shoulder inscriptions.

That was pretty cool but agreed on the neck thing.
There was a topic in the fluff section on what martial arts a SM would use with lots of interesting debate.
But seeing the (albeit) interpretive size of one beside the interviewer, Im inclined to agree with those that said basically punching and kicking their way through IG/Tau were right.
VS more skilled oppinents, sure thats another debate.

The neck.....and you can see his T-shirt under it! Awesome costume but poor execution, if you are going to that much effort finish the damn job!

Yep. Nevermind the obvious Space Marine, Skyrim, Mass Effect, and Dead Space items on display. In the grim darkness of the far future, all dudes in armor are Master Chief.

It's official, we have transferred racial stereotyping to video games.

Well, Wired has about as much to do with nerd things (hell, even technology anymore) as your grandmother does.

They probably abstained from referencing warhammer due to GW's tight licensing policies.
