Quick question regarding the above title, when you suffer a weapon destroyed result on a standard baneblade, the main battle cannon gets removed, does the twinlinked autocannon also get removed under the same result?

If I remember correctly, you can't remove primary weapons in apoc.

But to answer your question, no the autocannon stays.

You remember incorrectly - primary weapons get a 4+ save against weapon destroyed or gun crew shaken results, but you definitely CAN destroy them

You may want to re-read Co-Axial Weapons on page 96 of the Apocalypse rulebook. Anything that affects the main gun, affects the co-axial weapons as well. so yes, the Auto-cannon will be destroyed.
