I don't want to put any vehicles in to this list (because I don't have any or any money to buy them), nor can I have any special characters, as per a gaming group agreement. With the said, the list. Exactly 1500 points

I'd really like to know what you're aiming for with the long fang and wolf guard weapons. It's usually better to go all missiles with the long fangs, and I can't see why footslogging wolf guard are given overpriced thunder hammers. Also, since you don't have transports, I recommend at least getting LL for both RPs to take out enemy transports.

If your expecting to split fire with the long fangs, then I can see why you would want to put 2 different weapon types in there. 3 different types does not server much purpose.
Personally I would not do anything other than ML with your long fangs. Those fangs are going to be targeted by every long range shooting your opponent can bring to bear on them, and packing them full of expensive heavy weapons is a fast way to see them evaporated.
If your going with a foot list, you should be sticking your wolf guard into GH squads. 5 hamminators alone will get shot to bits. If you use them to bolster GH fighting, its much better. Given you list I would go with 4 wolf guard and not 5 -- unless your wanting to add an ablative wound to your long fangs. If you go with 5 wofl guard total, get a CML. Those extra 2 MLs that can move and fire are pretty handy.
Finally, if you give your wolf guard squads a MG/ PG, then your maximizing your free points. PGs cost C: SM 15 points, so why not get your for free -- giving a nice bonus on your squad. The MG/ PG also gives your GHs more fexability, something that helps them greatly.

Do you think I need two Rune Priests? Also, I removed one group of Long Fangs, and gave the other all MLs. Wolf Guard in Terminator armor seems more appealing than power armor, but do they all need CMLs, or should I have made them Power Armor?

You can only give 1 CML for every 5 wolf guard. Not every wolf guard in terminator armor, but every wolf guard. So if you take 15 wolf guard, you can bring 3 CML. This is a 2k list I was toying with. See how I shuffle the wolf guard around to give a terminator in every squad, and still have the wolf guard be a nice threat.

I would go with boys over toys, as the orks say, and leave the other priest at home.
If your sticking a power weapon in the squads with your wolf guard, do you need to have that extra PW in each squad?

G'day mate
I have only been playing Space Wolves for a short time, however a few things I have picked up:
You cannot have your Rune Priests with the same powers. I would suggest give the one with the chooser LL and JotWW and the other LL and storm caller, a 5+ cover save to all units within 6" is handy for foot slogers.
Don't mix you weapons, 2 x meltaguns or 2x plasma guns. melta for advancing squads, as it is assualt and for tank hunting. plasma for stationary squads, holding objectives and hurting terminators!
Also powerfists in grey hunter squads. Can't be targeted so more likely to survive in combat to strike at strength 8, handy against high toughness enemies.
And last but not least, put a power armour WG in each squad armed with combi melta in your melta squads or combi plasma in your plasma squads and either a power weapon or frost blade depending on points left. then if you can WG in terminator armour with CML with long fangs.
BUT.... save up for some rhinos they are amazing with grey hunters!!!!!!! good luck mate and remember learn from every game.
