Subject: Entropic Strike Question

If a model with the ability to come back to life (such as Justicar Thawn, Commissar Yarrick, or an Ever-Living Necron) had previously suffered an unsaved wound from an attack with Entropic Strike and lost their armour save, would they retain this effect when they came back? Or would their armour be restored as if they had been replaced by a fresh model?
The way I see it, it could go two ways: either the model is still the same one that got entropic struck, only back to life, or was effectively replaced by a different version of the same model.
For example, Commissar Yarrick is never actually removed as a casualty, but he loses his last wound, so it could be argued that, since he was never removed as a casualty, he is still affected. However, Justicar Thawn is removed as a casualty, therefore the argument that he is not the same model that was affected by Entropic Strike could be used when he is brought back.
I'm clueless about this one, and i'm tempted to say that Entropic Strike carries over, but i'm not sure.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

I would agree, I believe it carries over.
The Dark Eldar FAQ, I believe, has an answer, in regards to Pain Tokens, that says something along those lines. Meaning, you don't receive a Pain Token unless the unit is removed permanently. Why can't the inverse be true; all affects on the model are not removed until that model/unit is removed permanently from the game. To me, that makes sense.

They are the same model, so they still lack an armour save

I literally asked this same question just about a week ago. The general consensus was that ES does still affect the model. I don't like it, but that's how it is.

Huh, I searched for 'Entropic Strike' and that thread didn't come up (although it was essentially 6am when I posted, so I could well have missed it). Thanks people. EDIT: Just searched again and it came right up... several times... either I misspelled it in the search or I was really tired xD
