You could try a Hawk Terquoise washed with Badab Black. Or possibly Hawk Terquoise mixed with a little Regal Blue? I'd be more inclined to go with the first option.
VGC Scurf Green, Falcon Turquoise, and then mix in some pallid flesh or a light grey for the highlight.
