Well, this list is pointless since it has no variety.
I'd start with 10 Wraithguard led by a Spiritseer with conceal.
Eldrad is fine. Then I'd take 3 Wraithlords with eml, brightlance and a Harlie squad for counter charge. Fill the rest with Guardians or Dire Avengers.

Going eight points over when you've got plenty of 3 to 5 point upgrades to remove is a bit poor, but regardless, I'll just approach this with how I'd deal with it.

My army is corsairs. Think of them as tau. You've got an eighteen inch that bubble in which you can effectively shoot some 20 to 30 shots. Those shots are dangerous to my 11-point models, but my models have a 30 inch threat and will carry heavy weapons which are lethal to you're 30+ point models.
Typically at 1500 points (and this is what I'm carrying on my shoulder on the subway right now incidentally) I have 20 jet infantry where 2 are armed with missile launchers and two with shuricannons as well as up to for flamer or melta guns. To this add vehicles for a total of 7 scatter lasers, 7 additional missile launchers two under-slung shuricannon and two night spinners.

This is an experimental list, but you'll have two units per turn that won't be fortuned, those two units will be on that receiving end of a lot of s6 shots. Another unit, regardless of fortune will be receiving a large number of missiles that do not care about t6 or 3+ save, unless I want to try my luck instant death on Eldrad. All the while my units can stay out of range of everything except possibly, maybe, eldritch storm.

In short, you need a way to get your units close and you need a way to prevent enemies from tarpitting your wraith with inexpensive models. The problem with Wraithguard is that they've got one shot each and close range, then the enemy either moves too far away or goes in to melee where you are extremely weak.

Written on a mobile, so errors abound.
