I think I'd drop the Warriors to 5 with a Blaster, drop the Haywires, and the Trueborn squad. This lets you add another Incubi + Klaivex upgrade, and add another Ravager.

Alternatively if you don't like that, I'd still rework the Warriors down to 5 with a blaster, and upgrade the Wracks to another 5x Warrior with a blaster.

I forgot to mention its for a doubles tournament so my FOC is
1 HQ
0-2 Elites
1-3 Troops
0-1 Fast
0-2 Heavy

My partner is playing mech blood angels so thinking of it now I don't need the wracks I don't think I could do the 2 warrior squads with blasters but the one raider makes target selection easy lol

If I drop the haywires and the warrior squad to 5 I can give the Trueborn squad a venom give the 5 man squad a venom put the incubi on the old warriors raider

In other words Id be trading 5 warriors, a splinter cannon, and the haywires for a wyche and a venom

To be honest, if your taking 10 warriors in raiders then take the splinter rack upgrade.
It pays for its self the 1st time you shoot.

10 warriors rapid fire.
14 shots hit..
4 more hit from there-roll.
9 wounds caused on anything over T3.

Its more than worth it if your going for gunboat DE too.

Another idea though, since its a doubles tournie and you know the player your with, why not work on 2 different lists?
1 of you build a pure anti-armour list and the other work on anti-infantry.

Good

This is ok, 3-4 with blasters in a venom w/ 2 SC is better since you get more darklight shots and the extra cannons.

With mech BA as your teammate you don't really need Incubi. I would drop them for another squad of blasterborn like above.

While not a bad choice, I would go with a 5 man warrior team w/ blaster instead. Obviously keeping the transport.

Make them like the above squad. You get more shots at further range w/ the venoms SC and you keep the same number of AT shots.

You don't really need the haywire. If you need points to make the warrior squads then you can take those.

Good.

Don't do that. Dissies are really garbage now and the venoms will give you enough anti-infantry. Personally I don't like tournaments where people mess with the force org like that since it jacks with some armies ^^^.

If you have one raider it doesn't make it a bigger target. Explain what venoms can do to infantry and they will draw some fire.

BT uses the Codex Astartes as toilet paper. They’re an Imp Fist successor, recruit from multiple planets, and are known to be the largest Chapter in the galaxy. They’re on a constant Crusade, keeping it real for the Emperor and not bumming around like the other guys. They hate psykers and can’t ally with them. They’re basically an entire chapter of Chaplains. CC lunatics. What every Space Marine should aspire to be, if not trapped in a Matt Ward nightmare.

His list is roughly

Librarian
Librarian Dread

Assault squad w/ melta, power weapon in razor (assault cannon)
Assault squad w/ melta in razor (assault cannon)
Tactical squad w/ MM, meltagun in rhino (this is the stay at home objective squad)

Predator w/auto cannon, lascannon

So we don't have anything hard in CC hence the Incubi and the pred and melta help the AT

Though I like dropping wracks and warriors to 2 five man in venom but I only have 3 venoms so I can't run 2 five mans and two blaster born
