After a bit of a hiatus due to a move and retooling I have started to sell Dave Graffam Model's in Pre-Cut format. I have also been able to lower my shipping costs, so for those of you interested overseas, that will make enjoying these buildings more affordable.
Click on the picture to be taken to my Ebay Store.
Thanks
Jason

Great idea! Especially now that GW has jacked up the terrain prices.
Biggest issue with cardstock is that people lack access to quality printers that can handle cardstock and CNC cutters to go with them. Makes sense for that part of the operation to be mechanised as much as possible.
I did try some cardstock once, but got bored with the cutting stage, all that messing around with a scalpel wasn't fun, and my printer wasn't all that great either.
Only problem I can think of for me personally is shipping and customs duty to the UK probably adding an extra 50% to the price.

You hit the nail on the head as to why I started this venture out. For those who just want some nice quality scenery at a fraction of the cost of plastic buildings this is the ticket. You can fill a table with terrain for the cost of two or three plastic buildings. Plus these are very easy to build, bend the tabs and glue.
I lucked out an was able to purchase a full size industrial laser printer so I can do all my printing in house, allowing me to lower the price I planned on charging.
As for shipping I kept it down to $5 per item + $1.50 US per additional item for shipping overseas, for all but the biggest buildings. Typically customs doesn't concern themselves with anything less than 25 quid that would cover quite a few buildings, but by all means order more than that if you wish!

I would be interested in trying something like that. I am only starting into design, the actual designer Dave Graffam is taking a break for now. For now I have a full catalogue of buildings to convert to Pre-Cut Prints.

I plan on doing that soon. When I moved I gave away my collection of paper buildings. As I print and cut models for customers I plan on doing one for myself for exactly that purpose.
