Instead of just a single model with melta bombs, give the whole CCS krak grenades for the same cost. They should be avoiding tanks altogether, and in an emergency more dice is better than one shot.

I would squadron the hydra's and unsquad the Medusa, drop the enclosed crew compartments as immobilized is not a threat when you are a lone tank. Use the 30 pts to buy an astropath for the outflanking vendettas, or whatever else you want.

Yeah, I'd agree with that. Also, I'm not quite sure why your company commander has a Plasma Pistol, other than potentially your entire squad can die due to gets hot in a single turn (bar the Master of the Fleet), I'd probably drop it as I don't see what it would accomplish as the other Plasmas should do the trick. Ok well, if I drop the Plasma pistol then I'll have ten points left? What to do with it is the question?
Also I prefer to keep the hydras unsquadroned because of the amount of fast vehicles people can take and I need them to kill the turbo boasting tanks and also to pop ligh transports!
I never like outflanking the vendattas because they come on and they can only shoot one weapon, as they have to more 12inchs.

You could always stick Heavy Bolters on a Vendetta. With the amount of Anti-tank that you've got there they may come in useful after you've finished up all of the mech.

I agree that you shouldn't outflank the Vendettas, I'd scout them to get a 24" 3+ cover save if you're going second and hit side armour.

I've tried Heavy bolters on Vendattas doesn't work for me because there not twin linked at bs3.

I think he's running Tyranids. I'd probably think that there will be about 80 then. I know there's 120 at the standard Throne of Skulls the week before as I'm going. The date is implanted into my brain as I'm trying to assemble, paint and get some practice in with a completely new army before the tournament and see how well I can do.

I suppose that you could drop the Melta Bombs as well just to get a couple more points. You're unlikely to use them with all of the anti-tank floating around, plus you only get 1 attack and if you need your CCS to do the job the likelihood is that the vehicle in question has moved. Me and a mate tried to slap as much Melta as we could on my friends Imperial Guard army just to see how it would work for a one-day tournament that we did. He ended up playing Tyranids, an all foot Blood Angels list and the Old Necron codex with the impenetrable Monoliths. Many points were useless that day.

Once you've done that you'll have 15pts to spare. So you could always invest in something like a Power Fist for your CCS, just to give them a little punch and prevent them from being tied up in CC or something. I don't know.

Good point. I forgot about Pintle-Mounted weaponary. It's a difficult one deciding what to do with those last points. I think that your list already looks beat-facey enough so I don't think that the remaining points will matter. I'd probably just go with a Heavy Stubber or something like that. Or you could grab a regimental standard for 15pts, although I'm not sure how useful it'll be in an all Mech list.

I made a decision to just put kraks on the flamer veterans and the Company command squad.
