i have been tryin 2 get a good 1500pt list for my bad moons but it seems like everyone thinks there type units (flash gitz, BW's shooty style) suck so i was lookin around for some builds and heard of Deffwing which the said was BW's and meganobz and that sounds bad moons style kind of and was wondering if anyone hade a list for them or any shooty BW type armys ?

I personally like the Deffwing consisted of MANZ-Missles. (Trukks loaded with 3 ork teams of meganobz flying forward at top speeds. Only give the trukks rams for anti-terrain!)

Someone(can't remember who) posted this a while back and I think its pretty good. Maybe add a warboss for a scoring unit or something or take out some manz for shoota boys but its a start.

Actually... no, sorry. I copied this list without the point cost some time ago and assumed it was 2000 when I posted here. Adding it up its 2500, sorry.

If you want it at 2000 you can drop 2 manz per squad, the grots and do the minimum points on the dreads for 1970 drop some kans and you might get to 1500

A simple build really, Manz and Bw's. Bosses so Manz are troops. A little support from lootas or Buggies. if you wanted to do the Doublewing then you could take some bikes as well. The buggies could be modeled as speeders to help support the fluff.

I don't think you could do all this in 1500 though. Might need 2k at least.

Well all I can say is you have to build your army and run it like you want. Us building a list for you isn't helping. Read the dex find out what works together and go from there. Its really that simple. Trial and error gets you a long way.

You have to find out what units you like. You will put the effort into them to try to make them work for you.

You are also trying to use a very hard style of Orks to play starting out. Deffwing is a very elite style army. You will not have the models that normal Ork armies thrive with.

Why not just learn how to play the game first.

i have played matches just all i have is a 1500pt speed freak style army but i wanna build a army for each clan with a build that fits there style and i will throw in or take out units that i like or dont along the way
