You should be able to cancel the "flag this post" button that flags a post as breaking forum rules/moderator attention. I keep accidentaly clicking it and it just says "okay". Submit and Cancel options would be better imo.

Ever thought 40k would be a lot better with bears?

Sometimes when I press the button to change the page, I accidently hit the friend button of the last poster on the current page. Once you click that there is nothing you can do but wait for a new friend, and click on the change page button again and read some more while you wait.

For the OP, it's not a huge deal if we get the occasional spurious alert. Everything is checked before any action is taken, so it's not going to result in anything unexpectedly dire happening to an innocent thread.
