Fortunately the command squad was spared. Maybe I will take these guys and use them to build something new. Not really sure what I am going to do with them now...

Well Thanks for those of you who had been following this short P&M Blog. Maybe if I can salvage the rest of the army I will start this up again until then I will be starting a Tau army I think while I play with the new fog marines...

Welp this will be the end of the P&M Blog.

I have recently been the victim of a crappy can of GW primer.

Never have I had a problem with the primer fogging, or going on rough until I switched to the white primer.

First experience with white primer has seen my models go from smooth to being covered with sand and being completely fogged and yellow tinted. I have no idea why it happened as my spraying conditions did not change at all. I even tested a black can in the same conditions and it was absolutely perfect. Perhaps the white primer is more touchy but I know now that I will not be using white primer anymore. Again thanks to those of you who followed this blog but I do not feel that the army is worth posting up as I have tried to clean off the primer using (Super clean and 48 hours of soaking with lots of scrubbing) and have had no success. Respraying is going to kill detail and since I am a bit of a perfectionist I will not be satisfied with the final product.

That being said stay tuned for future army blogs that I might due. Once I figure out what force to do next.

Maybe give it a longer soak in simple green? And then get an old toothbrush to clean off the primer?

I really hope you don't give up and manage to get them clean mate, they were looking super promising...

They did in fact go back into the super clean but unless I can get them spotless they just won't have the same luster. Again at the very least I can say I am happy the command squad was not primed so at the very least I will have a good looking command squad.
