For the new GW line, what colors would one use for scrolls and purity seals?

I imagine some base, and a couple layers.

All I have right now is abaddon black, mephiston red, evil sunz scarlet, and ceramite white.

Also, what grey would you recommend for line highlighting the black armor of Black Templars?

For black templar highlights I recommend using edge highlights of dawnstone further highlighten by administratum grey (formerly codex grey and fortress grey respectively) you can either go the extreme highlight rout and do every little edge, which gives sort of a cool effect, or go the more realistic rout and do the higlights based on actual light...either way is pretty effective in creating a cool look and really boils down to personal preference.

For scrolls, I use a buildup of scorched brown - beastial brown - snakebite leather - bleached bone...not sure what the new names for these are, they should be on the conversion chart for the games workshop website. Though honestly my technique is probably exessive and you could likely take out one or two of the brown shades depending on how much detail you want
