Towering Hierophant Bio-Titan

Ok, i started this a while ago and never got to finish building it. Had some spare time now to get going with it so figured i'd get it ready for painting, so, this is now the complete build. How i'll go about painting it, i have no idea. I'll think about that one closer to the time, but for now, the building if done and the base will be done once ive painted it. So, piccy time; And for a scale comparison, a pink(purple) horror: Edit: Parts list as requested by pancake; Screaming bell kit, doomwheel kit, random skaven leftovers and a rudder from a dark eldar raider, engine of the gods parts from lizardmen. Core and chest: Screaming bell warpstone support (you get 2) Engine of the gods stone circle around it. Doomwheel pilot(rider?) section infront of that. Legs: Struts and supports from the screaming bell kit and knees + hips made from the wheels of the kit. Grieves are the 2 screaming bell halves. Feet are once again random wooden sections from the bell kit, with toes(claws) made from stormvermin halberds. Hips and waist are made from a mix of cut up sprue and stone sections from the engine of the gods kit. Arms: Yet more struts from the screaming bell kit. Shoulders are made from sections of the outer wheel from the doomwheel. Left hand: Just half of a wheel, then fingers made from halberd ends and cut up sprue. Right hand: up-turned part from the screaming bell kit (warpstone censor) and a dark eldar raider rudder as its blade. Also has 2 of the elctic maker thingy-majigs from the side of a doomwheel, 1 on each arm. Random parts: Banner is from the doomwheel. Rat slave with the pump/generator is from the doomwheel kit again. All struts are just cut up sprue.

Ill possibly add in a few smaller details, but nothing big for it now.
More than likely the odd bit of reinforcement here or there and a few skaven bits.

Cool use of the giant bell halves on the legs. Makes it look like a WHFB titan.

lol, these are the fine highlights though
Once with granrloc green, once with 3:1 gnarloc green and white then a final one of 2:1 gnarloc green and white.
Each highlight getting thinner as i go
Really not an easy job as it is XD

I did have work lol, i just dont sleep a great deal.
The beast now has an undercoat and im just thinking about the best way to paint him.
Everything has wires and struts holding limbs in place, so cant take it apart into sections.
I think it will have to be a "as it is" paint job, which i dont like all that much

The pics are dodgy at the moment for a few reasons.
1: Poor lighting.
2: grey isnt the best for pics, more so when its a tad glossy.
3: Macro and normal functions really dont like the size of it lol.
Was going to use it as a skaven HPA, however, standing next to one its atleast twice as tall.
Also, the base is double the size simply to fit it on there.
Rules wise i think it will be a case of making some for it for large games.

Dude. Absolutely amazing. Freakin' A. Good stuff.
What in heaven's name did you use to build that monstrosity?!? Perhaps you could edit the OP, to add the list of bitz you cobbled together (assuming you can recall all/most of it!!).
I say you go get some silver or other metal type spray paint, then once it's dry, dunk it in a 5-gallon bucket o' stain for the "dip" effect. Then if you want you could go about highlighting, touching up and tinkering.
As for what to field it as... Sounds like you're going to have to look to Warmachine: they've started introducing obscenely large models into that game. But your Skaven geegaw might even dwarf those!

Thank you pancake
Parts list added to the OP now for you.
However, it still has a few parts (detail mainly) that were just randomly taken from my bitz box.
Rules wise i think i might have to go with something big, and since FW are pumping out some large kits, it could be nice to try and work this thing into a game.
Something like the steam tanks rules may work, but a tad more radical, unpredictable and less forgiving should work.

Its got such a Skaven feel
Moment of honesty, I love that sucker. I just have no idea what you'd use it as. My initial thoughts are whatever the heck you want because you took the time to build it. I could see it working for a Abomination. However if you said "Skyre themed Screaming bell" I'd still says yes as there is clearly a Bell on there. A Plague might be a stretch.. but again really rule of cool go right ahead.
Awesome work. As the above mentioned... best of luck painting it. Dry brush for the win!

Amazing feel, overall, and an impressively coherent arrangement of bits from so many different kits. I'll have to reserve final judgement until after painting, though. As it stands, I'm seeing a lot of sprue in the structure that looks like... well, sprue. I'm hoping a coat of paint will mask that, somewhat. It would be a mere quibble, but it's sort of systemic.

Thanks for all the comments
Oadie: Im actually thinking of adding in some rivets along the sprues to help break them up a bit.
Small glue drop rivets take no time and i should have those done in an hour or so.
Tomorrow i shall start, and then slowly lose my sanity as the project goes on :(

So. Yeah.

AND IT'S AWESOME.
Sorry, but I have to build one for my Nurgle "Skaven" Daemons list.
This will be one of my Daemon Princes. Don't care if it's too big. Rule of Cool! (Check my Fateweaver custom creation. It's MASSIVE on the table, but fun.)
SUPER Kudos to you, sir. I will be building one!
