HQ: Nemesor + Obyron
HQ: Overlord (Warsythe, MSS, CCB/Gauss Cannon)
Need to be a bit careful with Obyron as he is a bit fragile against power weapons, monstrous creatures etc. If you are taking him for the Ghostwalk Mantle, there are probably cheaper ways of getting mobility.

If you are planning on creating a deathstar, suggest you put Nemesor and Obyron in the same deathstar. That way you get the benefit of Nemesor's Orb, Ghostwalk mantle, you can drop a DespairTek and substitute a StormTek instead.

Troops: 10 Tesla Immortals (Despairtek for mobility)
If you combine the deathstars, you should be able to get enough for a scythe for the big block of immortals.

Given your list, this is probably going to be a fairly high priority target. Play it and see how you go, but you may be better off dropping it and getting another anni barge instead.

Heavy: Annihilation Barge with Gauss Cannon
Cool.

Never fielded Necrons before so I plan to focus on force mobility. The Nightsythes are objective capturing with the Immortals and dying fast. The Wraiths and CCB will advance to assault the enemy with the courts as a deathstar split with Nemesor and Obyron. The VoD Despairtek should help get them around the battlefield.
As noted above I suggest you combine the deathstars - otherwise they will be very vulnerable to shooting (one of the courts isn't going to have an orb or an invul save either).
