I'm not exactly sure if this belongs on the video game board but Disney's next animated feature is the story of a video game villain who wants to be a hero

The amount of cameos in the trailer alone is surprising. You'd think they'd go with some generic self made characters, but it looks like it'll probably be decent.

Looks good, the folks moaning in the youtube comments that they've mispronounced Zangief and he's not a bad guy made me chuckle.
Seems the way the film prounced it, is the way I've always done it.
Regardless, totally missed this one, and I'm normally spot on with upcoming Disney films, knew about Brave for example, back when it was called the Bear and the Bow.
Will be going to see it for certain.

I kind of like the talk around the place with people calling it the next Toy Story. Probably will be a one off thing, but it'd be nice to have another trilogy like that.

I'm both orderly and rational. I value control, information, and order. I love structure and hierarchy, and will actively use whatever power or knowledge I have to maintain it. At best, I am lawful and insightful; at worst, I am bureaucratic and tyrannical.

If this has a terrible tie-in game like most movies do, I'll beat up the director with a hammer while launching fireballs at him.

I saw the Commander Raynor and Arthas, so Blizzard fanboy powers ACTIVATE!
"The Imperium is nothing if not willing to go to any lengths necessary. So the Trekkies are zipping around at warp speed taking small chucks out of an nigh-on infinite amount of ships, with the Imperium being unable to strike back. feth it, says central command, and detonates every vortex warhead in the fleet, plunging the entire sector into the Warp. Enjoy tentacle-rape, Kirk, we know Sulu will." -Terminus

I bet there will be one of those games, but at least they are also making the real Wreck It Ralph arcade game. Or at least last I heard, similar to Tron
