White scar base all over
Then do a drybrush of Praxeti White
Then you do a wash of Biel Tan Green
Once thats dry, drybrush again with praxeti white
Then to finish apply watered down Biel Tan Green about a 3:1 ratio. (Water:Shade)
Although if you're feeling lazy you can leave out both drybrushes and the final wash.
Dont pick out details whatever you do

While it could e a troll, i think it is worth noting he has a German flag by his profile name so there is a good chance English may not be his first language.

Not everyone speaks english as their first language......
Anyway, on topic.
If you want a really quick and simple way id undercoat white with a spray can, wash with something like ceolia greenshade and then drybrush with something like longbeard grey. Some highlights with scar white would look nice too.

Sorry man, a quick glance on my phone and I thought I saw a German flag. My apologies, in my haste to try and defend you I forgot that the German flag was horizontal bars, not vertical!

With the ghosts you want to have it black at the feet then gradually build up to near white at the head. Can be easy enough with drybrushing alone. But once you have it smooth enough just use a blue ink or a green ink to colour it. Could even use both colours, but make sure it's watered down to avoid wrecking the effect.
Not the easiest, but it's the way I like them. Can't find the tutorial I learnt this from though, they had used it for spirit hosts and had a nice amount of them spread out.
Not much, but one I did a while ago to give an idea of the effect.
To do it en masse and save time I'd say get some white spray paint then lightly and quickly use it on the top. Should give the same gradient if you're careful and saves a bit of time.
