They do. Although according to Inquisitor Vail, those same facilities are also a 'source' of combat servitors.

Regardless, I find it very offensive to view others, real or not, as mere sex symbols. Admiration is fine - I wouldn't mind having a Holy Sister as a friend or a confidante - but a sex slave or 'friends with benefits'? Gak to that.

Sex symbols can also be positive though. There are many recorded cases of pretty nurses in military hospitals brightening the day of the wounded and helping them heal, hence my original statement.

I can accept that, but I'm going to jump down on negative versions. With a land raider in tow.

No. I'm pretty sure Hospitallers serve only in Imperial Crusades or provide support for Ecclesiarchal mercy missions and charities. Oh, and their sisters in the militant orders. Guard regiments have their medical units, and the Astartes have Apothecaries. The Mechanicus, Navy, etc. should have their own as well.
