Its a matter of personal preference, but I'm not a fan of middling numbers of warriors. 8 seems to me to be too many points invested in a unit that is primarily there to keep the Cryptek alive.
So, I'd suggest that you drop 3 warriors out of each AT squad. Add 2 more wraiths (no whip coils) and put the other three into your 13 squad to make it 16.
Have you play tested this list? I'm wondering because I'm thinking that mech armies are going to give you some problems due to their greater mobility. Three LanceTeks isn't a lot of AT and the gauss range of 24" isn't the best (actually 12" if you move).
As much as I can't believe I'm saying this (cos I'm a huge Barge fan) dropping a barge for 6 scarab bases might give you a better balance. You can cover the scarabs with the blob and they will give you another fast threat.

ok, in that case, I suggest you have a couple of test games before you settle on that many warriors and particularly the effectiveness of the warrior blob.
Enjoy! Necrons have some cool units and we have lots of combinations that can be awesome.

Actually, no. I have had little luck with blobs of warriors. I prefer barges, both CCB and anni, small squads of warriors with lanceteks, then scarabs or wraiths

Your troops are lacking mobility. It will be hard to get them across the board to objectives.
I suggest swapping that Cyptek, harbring of the storm into a Harbringer of Despair with Veil of Darkness.
With that you can jump around the board and take/contest an objective last turn.
I'd also agree with MarkCron, barges are great, but you need something else in the CC and tank hunting spot = scarabs!
So swap out one barge for scarabs and run them right behind the wraiths (they will get a 3+ cover save and the wraiths won't slow them down)
I'd keep the warrior squads the same. I see you have them set up to take advantage of the 25% for LD rule. 8 warriors + 1 cryptek = 9 total, so to force a LD, they have to kill 2.25=3 models. as compared to 8 or less, they only have to kill 2.
Overall, I like the list. Your troops just need mobility.
Automatically Appended Next Post:
Also, to save 5 pts and to make wound allocation really annoying, set up the wraiths like this: 2 whip coils, 1 basic, 1 particle caster.
I find that a squad of wraiths only needs half whip coils for maximum effectiveness. so if you have 6 wraiths, use 3 coils. . . .
The pistol is added in there for more wound allocation stuff. In this set up there are 3 differently equipped guys

I keep seeing this touted as a benefit. Imho, with LD 10, it is not likely to be a regular occurrence that units of warriors fail a shooting triggered morale test. Certainly, in my games it has been highly unusual. That's why my preference is for minimal warrior units - I can use the points better elsewhere. However, this is a personal thing, so if you are happy with squads of 8, go with it. In the list above, if you took the extra warriors out of the squads, you could have another squad of 5 and close to another Cryptek.

Maybe it is just my bad luck, but I have lost multiple games by failing a LD 10 roll.
Example 1: In a cap and control game against IG, I managed to fail 3 out of 4 LD checks and 3 out of 4 of my troop choices ran away. This left me with one squad of warriors, who were advancing toward the enemy objective. Unable to reach that in time, that took a tactical retreat to at least get a tie. They tried to run it back to my own obj that other warriors had abandoned, getting a wonderful 1 on a run and missing the 3' mark by 1/8 of an inch after two turns of running through IG bombardments
Example 2: In a tournament, ( ATC style, all 3 missions at once) some GK termies dropped from the sky and shot up my warrior squad with two HQ choices that were sitting on an objective. They failed their LD 10 test, proceeded to run away (off of the objective) and the game ended. Oh, another thing, units running away at the end of the game count as destroyed = 3 more kill points for the GKs. I went from a minor victory to a major loss with one bad LD roll.
Don't let that happen to you.
Or you could just say I have bad luck. and go with MSU: a bunch of warrior squads of 5 + a cryptek. As long as you don't roll like me for LD checks, you'll do fine.

Wait...wat? You rolled 11 or 12 for morale three times in 1 game?
Wow, your opponents must hate your damage chart rolls. Or......I bet you roll 1's and 2's for those right?
I feel your pain. However, my dice normally flub saves so I don't have the same problem.....all my troops are dead. MSU works for me cos the opp has to shoot at multiple units to kill them.
