Ok, I've posted a few IG superheavies painted up in the Praetorian parade colors before. But I'm not really tired of them yet, so here's another one.

Thanks. The freehand lions are kind of a motif I've used throughout the force- especially on the super heavies.

Wow, those lions are awesome then, I actually thought they were a custom decal or something when I first saw it. Great job!

The model is just awesome looking. Sure, the Praetorian color scheme looks like something out of a Warner Brothers cartoon, but the execution and weathering of your tank makes it look more like a war machine and less like something from Hasbro. Excellent freehand work.

4250 points of Blood Angels goodness, sweet and silky W12-L6-D4
1000 points of Teil-Shan (my own scheme) Eldar Craftworld in progress

That would be a bad day to be a Zulu.

One of the things I love most about this model (other than the spectacular paint job) is how weighty it is. There is so much damn resin in the thing it feels like a brick.

I am both selfish and chaotic. I value self-gratification and control; I want to have things my way, preferably now. At best, I'm entertaining and surprising; at worst, I'm hedonistic and violent.

Thanks.

The way you say that, it makes me wonder what a transformer toy would look like with a more detailed paintjob...

All of the Praetorians that I've painted are for a client, but I've done quite a large force for him.

Here is the gallery of Praetorian minis.

Lovely work. The colours make it look a little GI Joe, but it's a fantastic paintjob.

That's an awesome model, but your paintjob just totally makes the piece. I love it when someone can pull off those bold primary colours without looking silly.
