So I'm planning to update my necrons after I finish painting my dark eldar, brining them back to their former glory, (and sexy new updated minis... aww yeah)
2 crypteks go with warrior squads in arks, pop nightfight = 2 turns of reduced shooting. Crank out some scarabs. Lords zoom forward to pillage. Get to the sweetspot and unleash hell.
Cheesy? Stupid? OK?

Looks good. 3 wraiths are apparently fragile so careful when you are playing them!
With your overlords, depending on how you want to play them, adding MSS and SW will make them a lot more survivable out of the barges.

Overlord w/ warscythe and MSS in a CCB is pretty standard running for an overlord. Wraiths are always better fielded at full strength. Try this out:
Overlord w/ Warscythe, MSS, and CCB
Overlord w/ Warscythe, MSS, and CCB
Cryptek HoD w/ Solar Pulse x2
Cryptek HoD x2
6 Warriors w/ Ghost Ark
5 Warriors w/ Ghost Ark
5 Immortals w/ Tesla
7 Scarabs
3 Spyders w/ 2 Fabricator Claw Arrays and Gloom Prism

Those Wraiths are going to get taken apart very quickly. You need at least five per unit.
Your Spyders should also have different wargear for wound allocation purposes.

Honestly I have had more luck with the wraiths than the Eldritch Lanes, I'd drop two LanceTeks and pick up two more wraiths (same cost). Then drop a single scarab and run the wraiths with 2 whip coils and one particle caster. (Some Wound allocation hyjinks along with some brutality)
The lost scarab will be atoned for with your three spyders, and the two str 8 shots... i just dont see them as useful as two wraiths, but that's a personal choice thing.
A quick tactical note - you can have the OL join the wraith unit at the end of their movement phase so you can take advantage of the whip coils on your OL.
OL move 12" disembark 2" (join wraiths who moved up to 12"), then assault all together now! It's not useful always, but having that option really can make the wraiths go from a useful speedbump (with killing power) into a unit which can wreck even elite CC units on a good day.
