I would probably make it so you have another priest so all the squads have FNP (you can take priests in groups of 1-3, and can split them up if you forgot), and make it so all the squads have meltas, since you'll have to cover a lot of ground with 4 assault squads challenging everything.

With the Dev squads I would switch around their order- that way if your opponent decides they want to take out your lascannons or take out all your missile launchers they cant just focus fire down one single squad. Plus it means you make a better use of your Signum, if you need to really push a take down on an opponent tank you can use a signum on all three squads to get a better chance of hitting with more lascannons in a single turn. Just a suggestion

2 Lascannons + 2 Missile Launchers
1 Lascannon + 3 Missile Launchers
1 Lascannon + 3 Missile Launchers

Made changes to the list, replaced my scout squad with two sanguinary priests. The priest with the power sword will probably go with the flamer squad to help them with any power armour and such, the grounded priest will go with the devestators. Also one of the priests was given Sanguine sword to take care of any monsters and or characters

Question, should I make the cc Librarian an Episyolary with Sanguine Sword and Unleash Rage and sack the grounded Priest or not???

You don't need that many Priests. You only need one with the Devs (then you will have to bunch them together) and two for the Assault Squads, their bubble is 6" and should easily cover other units.

Speaking of Priests, Priests do not need a power weapon either. You never want Priests in close combat.

You really should have kept the Scouts in, they are vital in a list like this and you do not want to combat squad in order to hold a unit back.

Flamer unit should have a power weapon, not fist, they will be I5 and should be bringing the pain before other enemy models strike.

ahh well I like your roster, it´s balanced and the anti tank units of the opponent are useless.
i prefer the same loadout as you did , keeping mono with the devis i.e. one squad has all heavy weapons of one kind. usually the ML can deal with everything.

while it is usually tactical sound to not let the sang priest into CC i understand the single one has the PW - well - just in case -no bad idea.
throw in a combat shield or meltabombs on a sarge for 5 points.
IMO an epistolary isn´t worth the points so go on with these two libbys.
