I'd like to know what you actually get in this pack. GW aren't too specific, they just let you know there are 23 parts in it. Has anyone used this pack and can give a brief description of what actually goes into it?

Thinking about making me some Iron Warriors in the future.

Just a warning, but the front chest pieces of the kit rarely fit a normal marine body without having to be filed down or GS'ed a ton.
My iron hands army had every model with full parts (metal heads, legs, chest, arms and shoulder pads) and i had no problems except with the chest pieces.
