There are alot of us looking at the rule book many are claiming they can because of the reference section any way to 100% refute this.

The Stormraven is not in the SM codex, and the FAQ does not say you can take a Stormraven in a SM army.

Unless it is an allied unit from your BA/GK allies.

The storm raven is not listed under the blood angels or the grey knight sections but is instead under the space marine section. While this doesn't make sense at all it seems to point to space marines cannot take it unless it is allied in.

Space Marines would be anyone in power armor right? I think they may have done that so they would not have to reprint it to save money.

IIRC, too lazy to dig out the book right now, normal tac marines, scouts, ect that are in the in both another chapter and codex: SM are only listed under codex: SM, so by the logic some are trying to use, BA, DA, ect, can't have scouts or tac marines, or sergeants, lol

My guess is that this is no accident and if they update the SM codex, they will make it available to all vanilla marines and the BAs. Makes sense. Why not make it so the vanilla marines can use them? At $82 a model, and with the strength they will have in this new edition they'd be fools not to make it available to more than just BAs.
