Okay, two questions: one, does Rage stack with Counter Charge, ie, do you get 2 additional attacks if you pass your counter-charge test.

Second, if you take an allied detachment, can the HQ bring a retinue as it doesn't go against the 0-1 chart?

Don't know about the rage thing ( and frankly can't be that bothered to look right now )

As to the HQ thing, a retinue doesn't take up a slot, so no, it doesn't take a slot and can be taken.

i'm reading it and i don't think they stack.

rage is used when charging while counter attack is used when being charged.

Counter-Attack grants +1 attack if you pass a leadership after being charged if you aren't already in combat.

It does not make you count as charging.
