Tali'Zorah: I appreciate what you're doing here, Shepard.
Commander Shepard: Well, I care deeply about the quarian people.
Tali'Zorah: It's good to be back on the Normandy.
Commander Shepard: Let me know if it's too quiet for you to sleep, and I'll find you someplace louder.
Tali'Zorah: Hmm.
Garrus Vakarian: Uh, I was there when you two had your thing, remember? Just get a room and work it out.
Still no joy.

For those who cannot see the video the central thesis is: The only poorly painted miniature on a game table is the unpainted miniature.
The video shows a series of miniatures in various stages of completion from completely unpainted on up through base coated and then finished figures.
The shaky camera work, poor lighting and lack of close-ups on each miniature reinforces the thesis that any paint on a miniature is better than none, and that when viewing a miniature at "arms length" even an unfinished or sloppily painted miniature looks "good."
I am not convinced this video will do much to sway people who are disinterested in painting to pick up a paint brush. At best it might encourage those who are intimidated by not achieving game studio level quality with their paint jobs to give painting a shot, but the argument of "See? Everything from a few feet away eventually just looks like blobs of green and brown" doesn't do much for me.
@ Black Templar I had that issue with youtube vids a while ago, if you go to the actual video, right click it and select "copy video url" then remove the bit after "&feature" it works. So
So after watching the vid, if the only poor painted model is an unpainted one then what do you think of an unbuilt model that you can tell what its meant to be, mostly, with some paint on it??
