Ok, so in the spacemarine FAQ it changes the rules for camo cloaks. So insead of granting 'stealth' it just gives +1 cover save.
Telion is also given a Camo cloak, but he also has stealth. Does this mean he gets a +2 cover save (+1 for the cloak and +1 for stealth)
Also can I give his scouts camo cloaks and receive the same +2 cover save? (especially as in the BRB it explicitly says that if one model in the unit has stealth they all benefit from +1 cover save)

Well my old thunderfire cannon trick is... never mind it still works!
telion scouts with +1 cover, I improve one piece in my deployment zone, back to 2+ cover. Good times.

Now you don't even need TFC/TM for 2+, Telion + camo scouts in Ruins is already 2+.
SM techmarine cannot bolster non-ruins anyway.

Was about to say, if you put them in Ruins or on top of a Bastion they're already 2+.
Making a Gate Libby, Termies, and Telion Scouts a nice little allied detachment.

Recent FAQ adds camo cloak to Telions wargear:

Does this mean that he gets a 2up save automatically since he also has stealth and camo cloaks now add +1 to cover save?
Also, if he has a camo cloak does this mean that other scouts in his unit benefit from it as well, or is it majority rules?

You only need 1 guy with stealth to give it to the entire unit (say a comissar lord in a 50 man-blob for instance)

telion also had deadshot, which is worded like the vindicare assassin. In that he chooses where his wounds go, so have that baby man an icarus or quad gun, and giggle with delight!

Worth noting, Vindicare was presumed not to override LoS! until a FAQ specifically said so. I think you'd really have to do the same for Telion, separately.

It's a shame a Commissar Lord with Camo cloak no longer gets Stealth, just +1 to his cover save (and that doesn't pass on to his unit).

isnt it actually worded that all his shots are precision shots? that is not the same as the vindicare since they are specifically allowed to be LOS'd
