I am working on a small traitor Guard force to ally with my IW (got the FW Renegade Command Squad yesterday).
To keep it fluffy i was going to use the Renegade Guard PDf from the FW site (see attached). My question is thus - if i field a psyker (who can use 2 powers if i pay an extra 10 points) woudl i be able to use the psyker powers in the rulebook instead.
i dont think the PDF has been updated since 2010 so some bits of it will be pretty out of date.
i thought i was being a good boy using a proper Renegade list but now i'm not sure if im screwing myself over or not.

They didn't release their new super land raider's pdf yet and told us that it will be released soon. They didn't used to make that so i think they will release all of the pdf 's in a bunch
