What "look" are you going for? Do they have to be female?

Hmm... those linked models might need some more... you know... actual armour (or even some clothing) to get across the whole power armour idea

@OP - What about converting some Banshees or the female Guardians to get a slightly different amrour feel?

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

ha ha, true that but nothing a few conveniantly placed fluer de lys wont cover! best human female sculpts ive seen around- bit costly but like flinty said the other easy option would be guardian/ banshee conversions or maybe some necromunda house escher gangers - add some marine pads voila!

@ curnow these mini's look similiar to http://www.hfminis.co.uk/shop?product=debra~hfa048&category=miniatures%7Eadventurers

or

http://www.copplestonecastings.co.uk/images/fw10.jpg

(there are more than those pictured. cheaper than gw on most cases)

also OP here are some suitable armoured babes (better for guard though):

FW11 Female Troopers
WH1 Girl Werewolf-Hunter
FW5 Bikers

these ones same co but might be used as "squat irregulars *count as ratling snipers, or what have you)

this could be a canoness or leader:

Living saint can be made from the Harbinger of Menoth from Warmachine.

People also use the Daughters of the Flame from the same faction for DCAs. Though with a little work I think they could work as Battle Sisters as well.

Claire from Anima Tactics could also probably be used for something. So many fleurs-de-lis.

If you ahve a lt of money on your ahnds, you may consider Infinity Heavy Infantry models, such as this:

http://www.infinitythegame.com/infinity/en/2012/miniatures/riot-grrls/

or this:

http://www.infinitythegame.com/infinity/en/2011/miniatures/swiss-guard-2/

Making a unit out of the different female models is possible, but will be pretty costly.

Eldar female bodies (Guardian or Kabalite Warrior, doesn't much matter), but of conversion/greenstuff work, bare Guardian head and give them bolters.

that, or get in touch with this guy and see if he's willing to sell you some of his:

it is no way believeable that all the skimpy armour sets offer the same 3up save as a marine. For a more realistic, badass look, how about non-termie Dark Angel models? They got the robes and whatnot, hoods are quite cool but for unhooded you could just use some unhelmed female heads. There are fleur-du-lys transfers for the surfaces where DA icons have to be filed off.
