Yes. I have a set. They were available day one, just hard to get.

I got mine the day the book launched, the morning of actually. Went to my FLGS and picked up my reserve copy of the 6th ed and saw they had a template set sitting there and picked it up (I had long losted my flamer template, so I needed a new set) and they looked pretty BA!

Just remember: the spike is painful, and you only hit things INSIDE of the outline. (the old template fits inside this "frame")

YUP, but guess what, and don't tell anybody this, I'm telling yall in confidence, the templates inside gives you about a 1mm diameter extra hitting zone. So I gain an advantage by using GWs new templates.
