Yeah yeah, Mandrakes. Come at me. Not aiming to be super competitive, but after a theft of my old army, I want to rebuild my Dark Eldar from the ground up with a fluffy, fun force in mind (using my Sisters more competitively) and have a mind for 6th edition as well. I'm mostly looking for tweaks at this point, rather than outright revamps, but all feedback is welcome. HQ Archon (Djin Blade, Soultrap, Combat Drugs, Ghostplate, Shadowfield, PGA, blaster) 2 Haemonculi (Liquifer Gun, Venom Blade) Elites 10 Mandrakes with Nightfiend 10 Mandrakes with Nightfiend Troops 10 Kabalites with Blaster and Splinter Cannon in Raider with Lance, Night Shield and Splinter Racks 10 Kabalites with Blaster and Splinter Cannon in Raider with Lance, Night Shield and Splinter Racks 10 Kabalites with Blaster and Splinter Cannon in Raider with Lance, Night Shield and Splinter Racks Fast Attack 10 Scourges with 4 Haywire Blasters Heavy Support Voidraven with Night Shields, Flickerfield and 4 Shatterfield Missiles Voidraven with Night Shields, Flickerfield and 4 Shatterfield Missiles Talos with extra CCW, Chain Flails and TL haywire blaster

I'm a fan of the djin blade/soul-trap combination. With the new precision combat rules, when you roll a 6 to hit you can aim your strike at a specific character I believe. Using Djin blade with 8 attacks on the charge gives you a great chance to roll at least one 6 with that fun power weapon. Let's not get into the possibility of 8 power weapon attacks with strength 6 haha.
edit - I'd also say that you should round your reavers up to 6, drop the caltrops and take a second heat lance in each group. No sense taking 5 really.
I recommend chain flails on the talos. They're almost a must. They statistically improve its feasibility like crazy.
Good choice to not take flickerfield.
Blasters on the kabalite boats is a little excessive. No sense taking splinter racks, a splinter cannon and 8 kabalite warriors with splinter rifles if your plan is to shoot a blaster at a vehicle all day. focus on either infantry or vehicles. Also, splinter racks are now exceptionally more viable because of the snap shot rule when moving at crusing speed. yay for rerolls to hit on snap shots.

You do realize you can't attach characters without Infiltrate to infiltrators such as Mandrakes right?
I just don't see what purpose your Archon or Haemonculi could possibly serve in this list other than attaching to them which is illegal.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

Flickerfields on skimmers is a bad idea, FF on flyers however lets you not have to jink and thus not snap fire. I am not a big fan of the husk/trap for the main reason that you can only take an ICs or MC soul and until you do so you are only S 3 and will be needing 5s to wound. So outside of a challenge you will need a 6 to hit (to allocate) and a 5 to wounds, not to mention that most ICs have some level of an invul, normally at least an Iron Halo if not a SS.
Reavers need to be in groups of 3. When you start taking 6 break them into two groups or run 5 scourges. With haywire blasters you can easily rip down some transports.

@thunderpanda Yeah, I really like having 6 reavers in a squad, before my army was stolen, I ran 2 units of 6. Though I like having both lances and caltrops in the same squads, since I never know what to expect in games, I'm willing to pay for a little tactical flexibility. And good catch on the Talos, I knew I was forgetting something important with it.
@Drunkspleen you assume I'm infiltrating with the Mandrakes, I'm not. I'm gonna deploy them normally, with attached characters and either hold a nice piece of cover to lay down Balefire, or advance with Balefire and catch an assaulting enemy unit.
@Akroma I see, thanks for clearing that up on the fields for flyers. Very useful info. Thanks!

That really sucks. Sorry dude.
Ravager instead of talos? You're lacking AV (though who knows what the 6e meta will wind up being on vehicles)

Am I though? 3 Lances on the Raiders, 3 Blasters in the Kabalites, 3 Heat Lances on the Reavers (gonna tweak the list to have 3 squads of 3, each with a lance), the Talos with Haywire and all the nastiness from the Void Ravens.
That's more AV then I run usually.

One of the 2000 point lists I wrote recently had 13 blasters, 11 dark lances and 14 splinter cannons.
Especially now that (in 6th) volume of AV fire matters just as much as strength, I think deldar will struggle to bring enough av.
One 1850 list I'm thinking through will bring eldar allies for 3 warwalkers w/6 scatter lasers and 3 vypers w/6 s. cannons.
Also, the more blasters/dlance the better. Will almost always inflict instant death at ap2 (so the feel no pain nerf barely matters)
Just my perspective though, deldar is a versatile book and your list looks fun.

I'm finding a new love for Scourges as well, especially in the new age of hull points. 4 haywire blasters is a pretty sure bet for wrecking a vehicle per turn. And they can pull double duty with the shardcarbines to lend in anti infantry fire at a distance and on the fly.
Updated the list.

First, the talosp is slow, and subway portals aren't as useful.
Next, max unit of reader with cluster scallops can deal insane amounts of damage, plus they can move between 48-60" a turn with flat out movement.

Cool list, and it's nice to see somebody using Mandrakes. Baleblast is quite a nice thing to have, great for holding ground.
The only thing that I can see that I would change would be the Ghostplate on the Archon. Also, are you going to be using him as a duelist, specifically to hunt charecters, because if so I would recommend using a Clonefield and keeping the Ghostplate.
Oh, and who doesn't love Scourges? Awesome models and awesome destructive power in one great unit.

Cluster scallops? Methinks you have autocorrect on?

FF on skimmers is good to have if you find yourself going second and not having jink available on turn 1, however.
