Aside from Njal Lord of Tempest (result number 6 and up) where in an enemy model of one's choice take a hit immediately, I don't see any way a psyker can use his psychic power or psychic abilities to take down flyers.

So for your army, what can your psyker do to counter flyers (when your quad gun is blown to pieces that is)?

The telekinesis power "Objuration Mechanicum" can hit them with a haywire effect.

Hmm, that doesn't sound so bad. Worst case scenario, I can swap it out to take Assail to reduce their Initiative to half (priming them for Jaws). Any other thoughts on the matter gentlemen?

Doesn't blood lance for BA hit anything within a certain line? Rolling to hit not necessary?

Yeah I noticed that too. It might actually be the best way to kill a Flyer in the game at the moment.

If it doesn't use BS it can't hit a flyer.

Attacks that auto-hit without having the skyfire rule cannot effect fliers, as all shots are snap shots.

Objuration Mechanicum works because it is a Maladiction and not Witchfire. Not sure if there are other Maladictions that would work as it is the only one Nids can get.
