So im still fooing around with psychic powers. Only one i have tried is telepathy on my two games. But im putting a termie libby in a LC terminator squad
Telepathy is nice incase i get invisibility(very useful for fighting in close combat when you charge) But should i get ones that would allow for more offensive capabilities like pyromancy?

I would actually second the biomancy suggestion. Especially since your librarian is going into a close combat oriented squad.
I tried a terminator librarian in one of my first test games and managed to roll for Iron Arm. Being that my model had a force staff, this gave him his attacks at str 8 at normal initiative while becoming T6 himself. Now he didn't penetrate through AP3, but that's still nothing to shake a stick at.
I've actually considered running Tigurius again with just 3 powers from biomancy, just to see how much of a cc beatstick he can become, just due to the flexibility of the new disciplines system.

Close combat oriented psykers should take Biomancy.
Support psykers should take something like Telepathy. (in the Vanilla marine book, anyways)
Can you split your powers between different trees? I'd love to have the Psychic Shriek and something from Biomancy for when my Librarian dons Terminator armor.

Yes you can, always love taking Psychic Shriek, and Endurance whenever it comes up. Smite being the Primaris power for Biomancy is kinda sad though.

Lets say i get the psychic power that grants models FNP, and it will not die. Can i give it to a land raider, and will it have feel no pain. ALso with that same rule, lets say i give it to the same unit the libby is in, doe it give the buff to both the unit and the libby?

Yes the LR will have FnP, but unless it takes an unsaved wound its not going to be taking it. It will not Die does work though.

Null Zone and Machine Curse, why bother with a discipline when you have those two?
If you insists on a discipline, Telepathy seems like an awesome choice.
