With the amount of movement you have to do it will be hard keeping everyone apart, so expect to not be able to use a few units a turn. That amount of uncertaint would be enough for me not to want to run this list but from pre unit stand point looks pretty good.

In 6th AV 11 vehicles are very soft targets and the melta gun range is too close, plasma would be much better. Also why all the dozer blades? With this list you want to be running away and shooting, not advancing and shooting.
This would have been a fair list in 5th, but I think it won't prove viable now as people adjust.

There just isn't enough hitting power in this list unfortunately.
The moment one of your razorbacks gets immobilized it will turn into a massive roadblock in any kind of dense terrain field. I've done the whole 3 acolyte thing a lot and I have to say it's very disappointing in reality. They dont hit very well and their range makes them very vulnerable. Your flyers are gonna have to wait in reserves, so the only thing doing damage turn 1 is gonna be your rifle dreads, and if you go second expect them all to die pretty easily.

12 AV 11 vehicles isn't very sturdy. You have a great amount of firepower. But as others have said, your scythes will be hard to maneuver into a usable position due to flier rules, and you won't want them getting too close to your razorwall as you have to roll for each unit within 6", which bad rolls could lose you the game here.
Overall, looks OK, I'd say test it out a bit and tweak it based on that.

The necron half is fine for the most part (I've been less inclined to take a barge, but thats personal preferance). The GK side could use some more beef. You can't expect razorbacks to live past turn 3 in this edition. While the psybacks are still cheap and having them is a good idea your going to have to rely on your troops a lot more. Too many of your troops die to a stiff breeze...consider more strike squads or 'gasp' terminators.

Well, I've seen a similar list at YTTH. The HS flyer should be a Doom Scythe.
