Got some ideas for a DIY Astartes chapter that I thought I'd run by you folks here first. All still a
WIP by the way.
[General Things]
- Pulsefire Ammo is like Psyammo, providing +1 Strength to Bolt-type weapons, and is an option for most squads and vehicles (just like Psyammo is for the
GK)
- The Teraforce Librarians get their own Psychic Powers, mostly based around electricity and lightning
- The Teraforce Honour Guard get Power Halberds (AP3 Power Weapon with +2 Initiative)
- Since the chapter doesn't deploy Scouts into the warzone as such, Sniper Rifles pass to Devastator Squads

[Inspiring Presence] Same as the Command Trait, meaning that Adamas cannot select from that table.

Note: Fluff-wise Daelo doesn't like Servitors, so in-game, he can never be accompanied by them.

[Electric Eruption] 12" S9 AP1 Heavy 1 Nova (psychic power rule, means all enemies within range are hit)
[Static Storm] Template range, all enemies must take Initiative test or suffer Pinning, vehicles are unaffected
[Magnetic Rift] all enemy vehicles within 12" of the Psyker must roll
2D6, if result is equal to or under the armour value facing the user of this power, they take an automatic AP1 Armourbane hit
[Hyper Charge] targets Psyker or friendly model within 6", target model gains +2 Initiative and Fleet until the start of the controlling player's next turn
