Tyranid nest...........60pts
While less resilient to concentrated bombardment and under-gunned when compared to Imperial fortifications, Tyranid nests are nonetheless dangerous due to their wide orifices, evolved to spew murderous Tyranid bioconstructs right into the fray.
Like this (http://namezong.deviantart.com/gallery/33852012#/d4hbldf)

Composition: One Nest.
Terrain Type: Medium Building (Armour Value 13).
Weapons: 4 emplaced Devourers (typically 1 on each facing).
Special rules: Assault vehicle (units can assault on the turn they disembarked from the Nest).
Options:
Add one of the following:
Pheromone Sacks……………………………….20
(+1 Reserve rolls to controlling Tyranid player)
Emplaced Cluster Spines……………………….10
Ravenous Monstrosity………………………….15
(Ravenous Monstrosity Nest can only be occupied by Tyranid models. Nest will fight back if assaulted in close combat, with WS2, S6, I1, A3. its attacks have Smash USR and it is considered to be armed with Emplaced Ripping tentacles, Scything talons and Lash whips.)

You never indicated how much it would cost to take the nest in the first place.

Also, by RAW, if its not specified otherwise, the tyranids would still not be able to fire the emplaced devourers. You might want to add something in there indicating that they can

Fixed Point cost issue. Firing emplaced devourers was not intended, as auto-targeting reflects nest's instinctive lashing at the nearest foe.

What about some sort of Symbiotic Ripper upgrade that spawns D6 Ripper Swards to attack enemy units?

Yes, there are a lot of opions that could be brought up, but I wanted to stick to Rulebook format (3 options).
