I just puchased 16 x 40mm bases for some old 2nd edition terminators I have (they're all still on the small bases) and I purchased bases made for warmachine (actually like the style). I want to make sure no holier than thou nerd is going to give me grief about using warmachine bases on 40K minis? Would this prohibit me from using the minis in a tournament? Am I just being paranoid ?

If they're even 1 mm over 40 mm, then some rules lawyer will whine. But so long as they really are 40 mm, I'd be amazed if anyone has a problem, even an official GW tourney.
