Right, so i'm not exactly new to painting, I just don't paint very much and don't finish things properly/give up on them. But I have one model that is completely done (bar the Merry and Pippin that are supposed to be there, but it was a present for my Mum and she liked the model without them). So here is my first fully painted and based model, the mighty Treebeard:





I think its alright, nothing special but I don't know how to do special anyway so its good for the standard i'm at I reckon.
I welcome any advice, but I won't be doing anything to this model, or painting anymore trees in the future, but if there is any general tips that apply to anything that could help me that would be great. Oh this is also in my P&M log, along with some CSM work.

Only thing that jumps out for tweaking is the base looks curved or warped? Overall nice job.

Yeah, it's done that over time, I finished this in April you see. Its actually two cut out pieces of cardboard stuck together with GW PVA glue.
Because at the time I didn't have anything more suitable to use that I could think of, but i'll see about trying to sort it out.
