Just wanted some feedback on this list I wrote and may put together. I'm not trying to power game but I want a fun theme with enough to pack a punch so I'm not getting wiped off the table every game

Put any thought into a '1st and 10th' list? It's all scouts and Terminators.

I'm not a big fan of terminators per say because they border on the tough side and I was trying for fun and fluffy lol
But I am open to ideas . Is there somewhere to get an idea of 1 St and 10 nth styles?

Just Termies and Scouts is the style. Drop it down to 40 scouts, pull the missle launchers from them, then fill it with as many shooties terms that you can with cyclones. Unsure of which codex you were going with, but Blood Angels allows you to take Divination powers on your Librarians, gaining you Prescience to be cast on the Terminator squads. Add a Sang Priest in Termie Armor to stand in the center giving the FNP bubble to multiple units and you have a pretty hardy gunline for the opponent to deal with.

1st and 10th is a fluffy list. It's by no means a power gamer list

That's 1st and 10th, nice and fluffy. Not exactly the strongest list around, but I can see that's not what you're going for. I'd say enjoy it!

One more question, why would the ten termies be better than the twenty assault marines? ( probly stupid question )

Well I think that 10 Terminators are now probably slightly more survivable than 20 Assault Marines in 6th edition but I am not really a mathhammer guy so that is just my instincts talking.

Also they are more shooty than the Assault guys which is what you would need to be with a Sniper themed army.

The Terminators will still be rock solid should they get into hand to hand and could take down just about anything while the Assault Marines could struggle against certain enemies.

The only other thought was drop Camo Cloaks and one Sniper form one unit and you could add Sergeant Telion to one of the other squads. I think he could be well worth his points in a list like this in the new edition.
