That's closer to when he started calling himself the Emperor. He was the reincarnation of a large group of Shamans (psychers) who ritualistically killed themselves to bring him about. As mentioned above, this was around 8000 BC. He kind of coasted through time from that point on, occasionally stepping into the big picture to do something, like capture the Void Dragon and bind him on Mars, but for the most part kept pretty low profile until the end of the Age of Strife.

Where did you get the impression he was a daemon?

He is an uber-human created from the psychic ability of several thousand psychers.

B.C. Is counted backwards, not forward like our time measuring. It means 8 thousand years before the birth of Christ not 2,so He was born 10 thousand years ago, and He isn't a daemon. He is a manifestation the souls of a thousand powerful shamans. His soul constantly grew stronger and He lived many lives, He revealed Him self M30, He wasn't born then.

well manifastion of souls doen need a ritual? Also shamans have their powers for the warp right? so to counclude me thoughts : like chaos summons its deamons, a similar may be the Emperor. 1 other common is that both sides have help from things of the warp ( imperials for the saints , chaox the smaller deamons)

The Emperor could be a daemon, probably is, but to say such a thing or to follow that path of logic would be heresey. Trust no one.

No, the way human psykers worked is that every time they died, they would enter the warp for a short time before being reincarnated into a new body. Psyker souls retain conciousness after death, non-psykers do not.

Then the 3 daemons started becoming more common as the 3 chaos gods began to form. The Shamens started getting eaten before they reincarnated.

So they hatched a plan.

They all decided to commit mass suicide and all reincarnate into one body. And so the Emperor was born(around 8,000 BC in modern day turkey)

Now with all their power combined, they were in command of an immortal body sustained by their power. No longer would they get eaten by the Daemons.

Of course this also got rid of all the psykers from the human race. It took over 20,000 years for psykers to begin to reemerge again from the human genepool.

So The Emperor of man is essentially MEGA CAPTAIN PLANET

Yeah pretty much.

Current Human Psykers enter the warp just as before when they die. Some believe the Emperor grabs them and adds them to himself. So essentially every psyker death(that doesn't get grabbed by Chaos) makes the Emperor even more powerful.

He does grab the thousand psykers that die everyday to power the golden throne at minimum. Then whatever ones he catches that are elsewhere.

The Emperor grabs Psykers and eats them to increase his power... How is that any different then the Chaos Gods

Well, the Psykers do retain conciousness. The Emperor, in the one novel he was in, referred to himself in the third person plural.

He doesn't torture the souls before consuming them. They simply join his collective conciousness.

Not much different to the Chaos Gods, but he isn't the enemy. He protects mankind.

Emperor's date of birth is the 8th Millennium B.C., pretty much for reasons stated above. It's still largely canon, with the Emperor being described as having been around long before the founding of the Imperium and playing humanity behind-the-scenes for millennia.

Though you gotta wonder what he was doing 8,000 B.C. - 29,000 A.D.. Years, Almost 40,000 years. "Subtlety guiding humanity" seems a bit of a hollow excuse.

Well, he himself probably wasn't fully aware of what exactly was out there. So he just played the quiet waiting game. Maybe having some fun along the way. Nudging things the direction he wanted them to go subtly.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

Maybe he just ages really slowly, that's how he's existed for so long. 10,000 year puberty, ouch. A few years here and there 'for the lulz'. Imagine the stories "So then I told them that this wine was my blood and they believed me!" Also all the time he spent building a boat and collecting two of every animal. From what I hear he's currently perfecting his operatic abilities selling car insurance on TV.

The Emperor doesn't. The Imperium does. For all we know the Emperor has no awareness at all of it.

That all depends on whether or not you believe the Emperor and the God-Emperor are the same being.

He pops up a few times in recorded human history, sometimes as major religious figures, sometimes as "just a guy" that does something that changes the course of human history, while at other times he seems to disappear completely from historical record (this does not mean he isn't doing anything, it just means he's not leaving a paper trail).

I remember a history/lore where the Aztecs human sacrificed 80,000 people at same time

Could this be when the Emperor was born (also where they get the basic idea for the game)

80,000 / 2 = 40 000!!!!!!

That could be, but that is not when the Aztecs were doing their thing. The Aztecs, as we refer to them, did not found their civilization until somewhere in the 13th or 14th century.
