Well, just as a start I'm assuming you're playing with the double FOC? If that's the case, you'll need 2 HQ and one more Troop choice since all of those Infantry Squads appear to be with the one Platoon Squad (Giving a total of 2 HQ and 4 Troops). After that you'll probably want to axe heavy flamer sponsons and upgrade to something more shooty, since you will always be able to snap-shot and you'll want to keep the Leman Russes out of combat (where flamers most likely won't save them).

I'm sure you'll have to adjust the list for Troops, so I'll leave things as-is for now. My only other tip will be to watch out for wasting points on unnecessary upgrades, things that guardsmen will probably die before being able to utilize.

Beyond the fact that your list may or may not be legal (depending on how many of your Heavy Support choices are in Squadrons), you seem to have some room for improvement in this list.

First off, nix the Vox Casters. That's a lot of points wasted on what is, in practice, a fairly minor upgrade. If you're dead set on having a squad respond to Orders, try purchasing a Commissar. From that point you can combine a squad or two to give yourself a single Leadership 9, Stubborn unit that will usually carry out your Orders, and will hold the line quite well.

Secondly, though I hate to say it, Flamers are horrible. For the same amount of points you can get a Grenade Launcher, which gives the squad an extra punch and can allow it to break open (or at least whittle away) medium-to-light vehicles. Grenade Launchers can also serve as a blast weapon, should the need arise.

The Heavy Flamer sponsons are also less than stellar, since vehicles cannot snap shot Temple weapons. If your opponent is in Flamer range, odds are that you're going to moving your tanks quite a bit! The Lascannon is also an odd choice, given your sponson load out. I would axe the Flamer Sponsons and either trade them out for Heavy Bolter Sponsons or go in without Sponsons in order to save some points.

I can't comment on the Platoon Standard, since I never run them. You may consider Power Axes in place of Power Swords, but you're better off just saving the points and running the CCS/PCS with Close Combat Weapons. Power Weapons in Guard only work if you have them in numbers (such as a combined squad with multiple Sergeants and Commissars, all with Power Weapons).

Yikes.

Grenade launchers are no good on a CCS (Barely good in general.)

Platoon Standard and Heavy Flamer are rubbish. If you insist on running Infantry Squads, run them as an immobile blob, and never waste a 55 point transport on a 60 point squad. Chimeras are for Veterans.

Shouldn't use Vendettas to transport stuff unless you are very experienced using flyers, or you'll end um making a bad call, and wasting a great flyer and a solid squad.

Veterans belong with expensive weapons, because they are one of the three units that can field them en masse. Plasma and Melta.

HWS' are good, but excel with orders. Run a CCS with just a Lascannon, plop it right next to your HWS and behind an Aegis, and you'll dish out a lot of S9AP2

If you're running a hydra, spring for two. It'll guarantee one dead flyer per turn, and ya know, it's only 150 points.

HK missiles on a tank is meh. Stray away from it. And your Tanks should never be close enough to use Heavy Flamer Sponsons. If you REALLY need extra shots from sponson weapons, get bolters.

Basilisks are chill, but consider a different artillery variant. Manticores or Medusas are really "in" right now. And for good reason.

Also, Voxes are good if you're running a lascannon blob of 30+ models, and intend on giving them an order every turn. Bring it Down is very nice to have dependably.
